Randox Biosciences Sponsor Award at Ulster University Ceremony

Last night, we were honoured to continue our annual sponsorship of a prize at the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Annual Prize Giving Ceremony. Held at the modern Coleraine campus of Ulster University, the ceremony honours the best undergraduates and has been sponsored by Randox Biosciences for a number of years. Our Business Development Executive, Lindsey, attended the event to present the Randox Award for Biomolecular Therapeutics and Immunology to this year’s winner, Cian O’Caheny.

Cian, a 3rd year Pharmacy student, said of winning the prize,

“I am delighted to have received this award in recognition for my work over the past few years. I have always had a passion for science which was further enhanced by the dedication of the teaching staff at Ulster University, where the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences School has been notably ranked as number 1 in the UK.

Speaking after the ceremony, Lindsey said,

“It was a pleasure to attend the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Annual Prize Giving Ceremony on behalf of Randox Biosciences. As a local company, sponsoring our universities is key to ensuring we support the ever growing talent of Northern Ireland’s young scientists. The ceremony was a great celebration of this and I would like to further send my congratulations to Cian!
